— precisely from the difference of powers ; — the difference among the perceivers ; — for the sake of making it clear ; — in the order beginning with the Sakala ; — is described, is spoken of ; — of the Sakala ; — in vidyā and kalā (the kañcukas of limited knowledge and agency) ; — the power (lies) ; — because its specific form consists of ; — of the powers of the cognitive and conative sense-organs ; — of the Pralayākala ; — those very (same powers) ; — because they lack an object ; — (lie) in an unmanifest (indistinct) state

The difference among the perceivers arises precisely from the difference of powers, and it is set forth in the order beginning with the Sakala for the sake of clarity. For the Sakala, the power lies in vidyā and kalā, since its specific form consists of the powers of the cognitive and conative sense-organs; but for the Pralayākala those very powers lie in an unmanifest state, since they are without an object.
