विज्ञानाकलस्य ते एव विगलत्कल्पे तत्संस्कारसचिवा प्रबुध्यमाना शुद्धविद्या मन्त्रस्य

Transliteration (IAST)

vijñānākalasya te eva vigalatkalpe tatsaṃskārasacivā prabudhyamānā śuddhavidyā mantrasya

— of the Vijñānākala ; — those very (powers) ; — in a state all but dissolved (nearly slipped away) ; — accompanied by the residual trace of that (the māyīya impression) ; — awakening, in the process of awakening ; — pure knowledge (Śuddhavidyā) ; — of the Mantra (perceiver)

For the Vijñānākala those very powers are in a state all but dissolved; and for the Mantra it is the awakening Pure Knowledge, accompanied by the residual trace of that impression.
