प्रमातॄणां शिवात् प्रभृति सकलान्तानां तावताम् उक्तत्वात्

pramātṝṇāṃ śivāt prabhṛti sakalāntānāṃ tāvatām uktatvāt
For the perceivers, beginning from Śiva and ending with the Sakala, have been declared to be just that many.
