क्षोभः अवश्यम् एव अन्तराले अभ्युपगन्तव्य इति सिद्धं साङ्ख्यापरिदृष्टं पृथग्भूतं गुणतत्त्वम्
Transliteration (IAST)
kṣobhaḥ avaśyam eva antarāle abhyupagantavya iti siddhaṃ sāṅkhyāparidṛṣṭaṃ pṛthagbhūtaṃ guṇatattvam
Since agitation must necessarily be admitted in the interval (between prakṛti and its effects), it is established that the principle of the qualities (guṇatattva) is a distinct principle, one not noticed by the Sāṃkhya.
