स च क्षोभः प्रकृतेस् तत्त्वेशाधिष्ठानाद् एव अन्यथा नियतं पुरुषं प्रति इति न सिध्येत्
Transliteration (IAST)
sa ca kṣobhaḥ prakṛtes tattveśādhiṣṭhānād eva anyathā niyataṃ puruṣaṃ prati iti na sidhyet
And that agitation of prakṛti comes about only through the presiding of the lord of the principle; otherwise it would not be established with respect to a determinate individual soul.
