4.32

Transliteration (IAST)

tisṛṣu tāvat viśvaṃ samāpyate yayā idaṃ śivādidharaṇyantam avikalpyasaṃvinmātrarūpatayā bibharti ca paśyati ca bhāsayati ca parameśvaraḥ sā asya śrīparaśaktiḥ

— in three [powers] ; — the universe is comprehended/concluded ; — from Śiva down to earth ; — in the form of non-conceptualizable pure consciousness ; — sustains, supports ; — sees, beholds ; — causes to shine, manifests ; — the venerable Supreme Power (Parā Śakti)

Now, the universe is comprehended within three [powers]. The one by which the Supreme Lord sustains, beholds, and causes to shine this whole [universe] from Śiva down to earth, in the form of non-conceptualizable pure consciousness — that is His venerable Supreme Power (Parā).
