3.27

इत्य् एवम् इयतो यदा निर्विभागतया एव परामर्शः तदा एक एव भगवान् बीजयोनितया भागशः परामर्शे शक्तिमान् शक्तिश् च

Transliteration (IAST)

ity evam iyato yadā nirvibhāgatayā eva parāmarśaḥ tadā eka eva bhagavān bījayonitayā bhāgaśaḥ parāmarśe śaktimān śaktiś ca

— of this whole extent ; — in an entirely undivided manner ; — the reflective awareness ; — the one and only Lord ; — as seed and womb (vowels and consonants) ; — when there is reflection part by part ; — both the power-holder and the power

Thus, when the reflective awareness of this whole extent is taken in an entirely undivided way, then there is the one and only Lord; but when there is reflection part by part, as seed and womb, he is both the power-holder and the power.
