3.26

एवं विसर्ग एव विश्वजनने भगवतः शक्तिः

Transliteration (IAST)

evaṃ visarga eva viśvajanane bhagavataḥ śaktiḥ

— the emission alone ; — in the generation of the universe ; — of the Lord ; — the power

Thus the emission alone is the Lord's power in the generation of the universe.
