3.25

स च एष विसर्गस् त्रिधा आणवः चित्तविश्रान्तिरूपः शाक्तः चित्तसम्बोधलक्षणः शाम्भवः चित्तप्रलयरूपः इति

Transliteration (IAST)

sa ca eṣa visargas tridhā āṇavaḥ cittaviśrāntirūpaḥ śāktaḥ cittasambodhalakṣaṇaḥ śāmbhavaḥ cittapralayarūpaḥ iti

— the emission ; — threefold ; — the Āṇava (individual) emission ; — of the nature of the repose of the mind ; — the Śākta emission ; — marked by the awakening of the mind ; — the Śāmbhava emission ; — of the nature of the dissolution of the mind

And this emission is threefold: the Āṇava, of the nature of the repose of the mind; the Śākta, marked by the awakening of the mind; and the Śāmbhava, of the nature of the dissolution of the mind.
