पुरोऽणुपुञ्जभ्रान्त्याप्त्या चित्त्वलाभो जडेष्वपि । सर्वचित्क्षेपतः साम्यात्सर्वत्रेच्छात्र ईदृशी ॥३३॥
puro'ṇupuñjabhrāntyāptyā cittvalābho jaḍeṣvapi | sarvacitkṣepataḥ sāmyātsarvatrecchātra īdṛśī
— before (one) ; — through the (vivid) onset of the whirl of an atom-cluster ; — the attainment of consciousness-status ; — even in insentient things ; — from the projecting of all-consciousness ; — through (their) sameness ; — everywhere ; — the will ; — here ; — of such a kind

Through the (vivid) seizing of a whirling atom-cluster before one, the attainment of consciousness-status (is realized) even in insentient things — from the projecting of the all-consciousness, through (their) sameness (with it); and the will here is everywhere of such a kind.
