7.32
दृढांगुलिनिवेशेन दृढस्थूलनिरीक्षणात् । भ्रमतो भावचलनात् प्लवाच्च प्रेक्षणाक्षतेः ॥३२॥
dṛḍhāṃguliniveśena dṛḍhasthūlanirīkṣaṇāt | bhramato bhāvacalanāt plavācca prekṣaṇākṣateḥ
— by a firm placing of the fingers ; — from steady fixed gazing at a gross (object) ; — of one whirling (the object) ; — from the motion of the thing ; — from (its) floating/leaping ; — and ; — from the unbrokenness of the gaze

By a firm placing of the fingers, from a steady fixed gaze upon a gross (object), from (its) motion as one whirls it, from (its) leaping, and from the unbrokenness of the gaze (— such techniques generate the experience next described).
