दृढांगुलिनिवेशेन दृढस्थूलनिरीक्षणात् ।
भ्रमतो भावचलनात् प्लवाच्च प्रेक्षणाक्षतेः ॥३२॥
dṛḍhāṃguliniveśena dṛḍhasthūlanirīkṣaṇāt |
bhramato bhāvacalanāt plavācca prekṣaṇākṣateḥ
By a firm placing of the fingers, from a steady fixed gaze upon a gross (object), from (its) motion as one whirls it, from (its) leaping, and from the unbrokenness of the gaze (— such techniques generate the experience next described).
