इच्छामात्रे रूपशिवस्तरंगे तदतीतता । कर्तृमात्रे सर्वभावव्यतीतशिवभावता ॥३१॥
icchāmātre rūpaśivastaraṃge tadatītatā | kartṛmātre sarvabhāvavyatītaśivabhāvatā
— in (the stage of) pure will ; — Śiva-as-form (rūpa) ; — in the (cresting) wave ; — transcendence even of that ; — in (the stage of) pure agency ; — the Śiva-state that transcends all existents

In (the stage of) pure will (there is) Śiva-as-form (rūpa); in the (cresting) wave (of manifestation), a transcending even of that; (and) in (the stage of) pure agency (there is) the Śiva-state that transcends all existents.
