तदर्थमुक्तमीशेन न परार्थविवक्षया ।
अनेकेषामणूनां च कथमेकत्र संस्थितिः ॥९७॥
tadarthamuktamīśena na parārthavivakṣayā |
anekeṣāmaṇūnāṃ ca kathamekatra saṃsthitiḥ
For that purpose it has been said (so) by the Lord, not with the intent of teaching some (genuinely) other doctrine. (Now another objection:) and how (can there be) a coexistence of many atoms in one place (— or of many selves)?
