एकस्यैवात्मनो यद्वदङ्गभेदो विचित्रता । युगपद्बन्धपीडादिस्तद्वन्नानाशरीरता ॥११८॥
ekasyaivātmano yadvadaṅgabhedo vicitratā | yugapadbandhapīḍādistadvannānāśarīratā
— of one and the same ; — self ; — just as ; — the differentiation of limbs ; — diversity ; — simultaneously ; — binding, pain and the like ; — just so ; — the multiplicity of bodies

Just as, of one and the same self, there is a differentiation of limbs, a diversity, and simultaneously a binding, pain and the like (in different limbs) — just so is the multiplicity of bodies (held within the one Śiva).
