ज्ञेया अवयवेनैते यावद्यावददर्शनाः । अणूनामथ मूर्तत्वादेवं चेत् किं न दर्शनम् ॥८४॥
jñeyā avayavenaite yāvadyāvadadarśanāḥ | aṇūnāmatha mūrtatvādevaṃ cet kiṃ na darśanam
— are to be known ; — by (their) parts ; — these ; — to the very degree that ; — they are imperceptible ; — of the atoms ; — now ; — because of corporeality ; — if so ; — why is there no perceiving?

These are to be known by their parts, just to the degree that they are (otherwise) imperceptible. Now if (you say) the atoms (are corporeal) — because of (their) corporeality, on that showing, why are they not perceived (— their subtlety being precisely the answer)?
