The Vision of Śiva5.82

5.82
तत्र चेत् सुप्रसिद्धत्वे तथा तत्र प्रसिद्धितः । तुल्यकालं द्वयोर्द्वैधं नैवं यत्तदलक्ष्यता ॥८२॥
tatra cet suprasiddhatve tathā tatra prasiddhitaḥ | tulyakālaṃ dvayordvaidhaṃ naivaṃ yattadalakṣyatā
— there ; — if ; — in (its) being well established ; — likewise ; — there ; — from (its) being established ; — at the same time ; — of the two ; — a duality ; — not so ; — since ; — imperceptibility

If (you say) there (in the lamp) it (the operative consciousness) is well established, then likewise from (the same) being established there (in the boat too) — (yet you object that) a duality of the two (consciousness and instrument) at the same time (is required). It is not so, since (one of them) is (merely) imperceptible (not absent).
