सर्वज्ञत्वमप्रवेशाद्व्यवधानादियोगतः ।
नचान्यावयवत्वेन तदन्येष्वनुमानता ॥४२॥
sarvajñatvamapraveśādvyavadhānādiyogataḥ |
nacānyāvayavatvena tadanyeṣvanumānatā
(To grasp the whole) omniscience would be required, since (the eye) does not enter (the object) and there is intervening obstruction and the like; nor, by way of (the seen surface's) being some-other-parts, is there inferability with respect to the others (the unseen parts).
