इच्छावत्त्वमनेनैव न्यायेनास्य निजां क्रियाम् ।
अनिच्छुर्न करोत्येवमत एवास्ति निर्वृतिः ॥३७॥
icchāvattvamanenaiva nyāyenāsya nijāṃ kriyām |
anicchurna karotyevamata evāsti nirvṛtiḥ
By this very principle its possession of will (is established, since it performs) its own action; for one devoid of will performs nothing. Thus, for this very reason, there is (also) bliss (in it).
