इन्द्रियाणामसामर्थ्यमात्रमत्र विनाशिता । असावेवानभिव्यक्तिः स प्रच्छन्नस्तदा स्थितः ॥५८॥
indriyāṇāmasāmarthyamātramatra vināśitā | asāvevānabhivyaktiḥ sa pracchannastadā sthitaḥ
— of the sense-faculties ; — mere incapacity ; — here ; — (what is called) destruction ; — this very (incapacity) ; — non-manifestation ; — it (the thing) ; — concealed ; — then ; — abides

Here (what is called) destruction is merely the incapacity of the sense-faculties; this very (incapacity) is (its) non-manifestation; and the thing (itself), concealed, then abides (undiminished).
