शाशक्या मूर्तरूपत्वाद्रूपं चेन्न कथं गुणः ।
गुणिनो नीयतेऽन्यत्र तृषार्तैश्चाकृतिं प्रति? ॥१०६॥
śāśakyā mūrtarūpatvādrūpaṃ cenna kathaṃ guṇaḥ |
guṇino nīyate'nyatra tṛṣārtaiścākṛtiṃ prati?
If (you say) form (color) can be grasped because it has corporeal nature — (then) how (could) a quality be carried away from its substrate to another place (as it seems to be) by those tormented with thirst (in a mirage) toward a mere appearance?
