नैषा क्रिया भवति किं निरिच्छे किं क्रिया भवेत् ।
निर्ज्ञाने वा ततो ज्ञेयं नाशक्तिः काचन स्थितिः ॥५९॥
naiṣā kriyā bhavati kiṃ niricche kiṃ kriyā bhavet |
nirjñāne vā tato jñeyaṃ nāśaktiḥ kācana sthitiḥ
— is this not (already) action? In one devoid of will, what action could there be? Or in one devoid of knowledge? Hence it is to be understood: no state (of Śiva) is ever (a state of) powerlessness.
