सैव शाक्तशरीरादिनारकान्तं हि भूतता ।
प्रसूयते स्वचिद्रूपप्रमुखं पार्थिवान्तकम् ॥४०॥
saiva śāktaśarīrādinārakāntaṃ hi bhūtatā |
prasūyate svacidrūpapramukhaṃ pārthivāntakam
— that very one; — ranging from the Śākta body down to the hells; — indeed; — the state of having become; — brings forth; — beginning with the form of his own consciousness; — ending in the earth-principle
That very (power) brings forth all becoming — from the Śākta body down to the hells, beginning with the form of his own consciousness and ending in the earth-principle.
