itthaṃ śivo bodhamayaḥ sa eva paranirvṛtiḥ |
saiva conmukhatāṃ yāti secchājñānakriyātmatām
— in this way; — Śiva; — consisting of awareness; — he himself; — the supreme blissful repose; — that very one; — and; — the turning-toward; — goes to, assumes; — the nature consisting of will, knowledge, and action
In this way Śiva, consisting of awareness, is himself the supreme blissful repose; and that very (repose) assumes the turning-toward, taking on the nature of will, knowledge, and action.
