अणुर् विशुद्धम् अचिराद् ऐस्वरं ज्ञानम् अश्नुते । तच्चोदकः शिवो ज्ञेयः सर्वज्ञः परमेश्वरः ॥२३॥
aṇur viśuddham acirād aisvaraṃ jñānam aśnute | taccodakaḥ śivo jñeyaḥ sarvajñaḥ parameśvaraḥ
— the individual soul (aṇu, the bound atom of consciousness) ; — pure, purified ; — before long, soon ; — pertaining to the Lord (aiśvara; as transmitted) ; — knowledge, gnosis ; — attains, obtains ; — the impeller of that, the one who urges it on ; — Śiva ; — is to be known ; — omniscient ; — the Supreme Lord (Parameśvara)

The bound soul soon attains pure, divine knowledge; and the impeller of that is to be known as Śiva, the omniscient Supreme Lord.
