muhūrtaṃ smarate yas tu cumbake nābhimudritaḥ |
sa badhnāti tadā dehaṃ mantramudrāgaṇaṃ naraḥ
— for a moment, for a muhūrta; — recalls, contemplates, holds in mind; — who, the one who; — but, indeed; — at the touch-point / on the lodestone (the meeting-point); — sealed at the navel (with the nābhi-mudrā); — he; — binds, fastens (assumes); — then; — the body (form); — as the host of mantras and mudrās; — the man, the person
The man who, for a moment, contemplates it at the meeting-point, sealed at the navel — he then binds his body into the host of mantras and mudrās.
