śuddhabodhātmakatve 'pi yeṣāṃ nottamakartṛtā
nirmitāḥ svātmano bhinnā bhartrā te kartṛtātyayāt
— although their nature is pure consciousness; — even; — of whom; — not; — the highest agency; — created, fashioned; — from his own self; — as distinct; — by the Lord (the sustainer); — they; — because of the cessation of (full) agency
Those who, although their nature is pure consciousness, do not have the highest agency — they are fashioned as distinct from his own self by the Lord, because of the cessation of (their full) agency.
