14.6

शुद्धबोधात्मकत्वे ऽपि येषां नोत्तमकर्तृता निर्मिताः स्वात्मनो भिन्ना भर्त्रा ते कर्तृतात्ययात् ॥६॥

śuddhabodhātmakatve 'pi yeṣāṃ nottamakartṛtā nirmitāḥ svātmano bhinnā bhartrā te kartṛtātyayāt

— although their nature is pure consciousness ; — even ; — of whom ; — not ; — the highest agency ; — created, fashioned ; — from his own self ; — as distinct ; — by the Lord (the sustainer) ; — they ; — because of the cessation of (full) agency

Those who, although their nature is pure consciousness, do not have the highest agency — they are fashioned as distinct from his own self by the Lord, because of the cessation of (their full) agency.
