13.4
इदंभावोपपन्नानां वेद्यभूमिम् उपेयुषाम् भावानां बोधसारत्वाद् यथावस्त्ववलोकनात् ॥४॥
idaṃbhāvopapannānāṃ vedyabhūmim upeyuṣām bhāvānāṃ bodhasāratvād yathāvastvavalokanāt
— of (entities) endowed with 'this'-ness ; — the level of the knowable (object) ; — which have reached ; — of the entities ; — because their essence is consciousness ; — from beholding (them) as they truly are

Of the entities endowed with 'this'-ness that have reached the level of the knowable — because their essence is consciousness, and from beholding them as they truly are (Sadvidyā arises).
