kiṃ tv āntaradaśodrekāt sādākhyaṃ tattvam āditaḥ
bahirbhāvaparatve tu parataḥ pārameśvaram
— but, moreover; — from the predominance of the inner phase; — the principle called Sadāśiva (the Sādākhya tattva); — principle, reality-level; — at the beginning, first; — when (the manifestation) tends toward outwardness; — but; — thereafter; — the (Īśvara-)principle of the Supreme Lord
But from the predominance of the inner phase there arises first the principle called Sadāśiva; and when (manifestation) tends toward outwardness, thereafter (arises) the principle of the Supreme Lord (Īśvara).
