तदुपरागकृतश् च शक्तिमत्सु प्रमातृषु भेदः करणभेदस्य कर्तृभेदपर्यवसानात् शक्तेर् एव च अव्यतिरिक्तायाः करणीकर्तुं शक्यत्वात् न अन्यस्य अनवस्थाद्यापत्तेः
Transliteration (IAST)
taduparāgakṛtaś ca śaktimatsu pramātṛṣu bhedaḥ karaṇabhedasya kartṛbhedaparyavasānāt śakter eva ca avyatiriktāyāḥ karaṇīkartuṃ śakyatvāt na anyasya anavasthādyāpatteḥ
And the difference among the power-holding perceivers is produced by the tinge of that power, since the difference of instrument culminates in a difference of agent; and it is the power alone, being non-distinct from its holder, that can be made into an instrument — not anything else, for otherwise infinite regress and the like would ensue.
