Transliteration (IAST)

pralayakevalasya tu jṛmbhamāṇa eva āsta iti malopodbalitaṃ karma saṃsāravaicitryabhoge nimittam iti tadbhogavāsanānuviddhānām aṇūnāṃ bhogasiddhaye śrīmān aghoreśaḥ sṛjati iti yuktam uktaṃ malasya ca prakṣobha īśvarecchābalād eva jaḍasya svataḥ kutracid api asāmarthyāt

— of the one isolated by (cosmic) dissolution (the pralayākala) ; — expanding, in full operation ; — reinforced by the impurity ; — in the experience of the diversity of transmigration ; — the cause, the occasion ; — of (souls) interwoven with the latent traces of that experience ; — Aghoreśa (the lord who emits the impure path) ; — the agitation, the stirring-up ; — of the insentient (impurity) ; — because of (its) incapacity

But for the one isolated by dissolution (pralayākala) it remains in full operation; hence karma, reinforced by the impurity, is the occasion for the experience of the diversity of transmigration. Therefore it was rightly said that the glorious Aghoreśa creates (the impure path) for the sake of accomplishing the experience of the souls interwoven with the latent traces of that experience. And the stirring-up of the impurity comes about solely by the force of the Lord's will, since the impurity, being insentient, has of itself no capacity for anything whatever.
