7.22

सा शक्तिर् व्याप्य यतो विश्वम् अध्वानम् अन्तर्बहिर् आस्ते तस्माद् व्यापिनी

Transliteration (IAST)

sā śaktir vyāpya yato viśvam adhvānam antarbahir āste tasmād vyāpinī

— that Power ; — having pervaded ; — the entire path (of manifestation) ; — within and without ; — abides, remains ; — the all-pervading (Vyāpinī)

Since that Power, having pervaded the entire path, abides within and without it, it is for that reason called the all-pervading (vyāpinī).
