tatra snānādikartavyānapekṣayaiva pūrṇānandaviśrāntyaiva labdhaśuddhiḥ prathamaṃ prāṇasaṃviddehaikībhāvaṃ bhāvayitvā saṃvidaś ca paramaśivarūpatvāt saptaviṃśativāraṃ mantram uccārya mūrdhavaktrahṛdguhyamūrtiṣu anulomavilomābhyāṃ viśvādhvaparipūrṇatā parameśvare aparatve parāparatve paratve 'pi ca
There, having attained purity without any need of bathing or other obligatory acts, by repose in perfect bliss alone, he should first contemplate the unification of breath, consciousness, and body. Then, since consciousness has the form of the Supreme Śiva, having uttered the mantra twenty-seven times, at the seats of head, mouth, heart, and the secret region, in the forward and reverse orders, (he realizes) the complete fullness of the entire course of the paths within the Supreme Lord — at the lower level, the intermediate level, and the supreme level too.
