— to explain (thus indeed) ; — beginning with māyā, the soul, prakṛti, the guṇas, and intellect ; — ending with earth ; — the twenty-seven principles ; — because the kalās and the rest are subsumed within them ; — in the Vidyā-śakti (power of pure knowledge) ; — of the pentad of brahmans (the five Brahma-mantras) ; — of the properties — Sadyojāta-ness, Aja-ness, Bhava-origination, and the rest ; — their being of twenty-seven forms ; — by the venerable masters Lakuleśa and others

To explain: beginning with māyā, the soul, prakṛti, the guṇas, and intellect, and ending with earth, there are twenty-seven principles — for the kalās and the rest are subsumed within them. And in the Vidyā-śakti too, at the intermediate level, the being-of-twenty-seven-forms of the properties of the pentad of brahmans — Sadyojāta-ness, Aja-ness, Bhava-origination, and the rest — has been declared by the venerable masters Lakuleśa and others.
