22.31

शून्यं निरानन्दमयं निर्वृतिनिजधामतो ऽर्घं च । रणरणकरसान् निजरसभरितबहिर्भावचर्वणरसेन

Transliteration (IAST)

śūnyaṃ nirānandamayaṃ nirvṛtinijadhāmato 'rghaṃ ca | raṇaraṇakarasān nijarasabharitabahirbhāvacarvaṇarasena

— a void consisting of joylessness ; — from the proper abode of (mere) cessation ; — and worthy (the offering, the value) ; — from the relish of restless longing ; — by the savor of relishing the outward state brimming with its own juice

(Mere cessation is) a void consisting of joylessness, arising from the proper abode of cessation; whereas, from the relish of restless longing, (it becomes) of worth — by the savor of relishing the outward state brimming with its own juice.
