पुनर् अपि बाह्याभ्यन्तरतया द्वित्वम् बहिरुपास्यमन्त्रतादात्म्येन तन्मयीकृते तत्र तत्र निमज्जनम् इत्य् उक्तम्

Transliteration (IAST)

punar api bāhyābhyantaratayā dvitvam bahirupāsyamantratādātmyena tanmayīkṛte tatra tatra nimajjanam ity uktam

— by way of outer and inner ; — a twofoldness ; — through identity with the mantra to be worshipped outwardly ; — in (the locus) made to consist of that ; — in each respective (place) ; — immersion, plunging

Again there is a twofoldness, as outer and inner: it has been said that the immersion in each respective (locus), once it has been made to consist of that through identity with the mantra to be worshipped outwardly, (is the outer).
