विशेषस् तु आनन्दद्रव्यं वीराधारगतं निरीक्षणेन शिवमयीकृत्य तत्रैव मन्त्रचक्रपूजनम् ततः तेनैव देहप्राणोभयाश्रितदेवताचक्रतर्पणम् इति मुख्यं स्नानम्

Transliteration (IAST)

viśeṣas tu ānandadravyaṃ vīrādhāragataṃ nirīkṣaṇena śivamayīkṛtya tatraiva mantracakrapūjanam tataḥ tenaiva dehaprāṇobhayāśritadevatācakratarpaṇam iti mukhyaṃ snānam

— the distinction (special procedure) ; — the substance of bliss (the sacramental fluid) ; — held in the hero's vessel ; — by (contemplative) gazing ; — having made it consist of Śiva ; — the worship of the wheel of mantras ; — the satiating of the wheel of deities residing in both body and breath ; — the principal bathing

But the special procedure is this: having made the substance of bliss held in the hero's vessel consist of Śiva by contemplative gazing, there itself one performs the worship of the wheel of mantras; then, with that very (substance), the satiating of the wheel of deities residing in both body and breath. This is the principal bathing.
