10.3

तद् यथा पृथिव्यां निवृत्तिः निवर्तते यतस् तत्त्वसर्ग इति

Transliteration (IAST)

tad yathā pṛthivyāṃ nivṛttiḥ nivartate yatas tattvasarga iti

— in the earth (principle) ; — the kalā of cessation (Nivṛtti) ; — comes to a halt, ceases ; — since, because at which point ; — the emanation of the principles

For example, in the earth-principle there is the kalā of Cessation (Nivṛtti), since it is there that the emanation of the principles comes to a halt.
