कलाद्यध्वा तु निरूप्यते तत्र यथा भुवनेषु अनुगामि किञ्चिद् रूपं तत्त्वम् इत्य् उक्तम् तथा तत्त्वेषु वर्गशो यत् अनुगामि रूपं तत् कला एकरूपकलनासहिष्णुत्वात्

Transliteration (IAST)

kalādyadhvā tu nirūpyate tatra yathā bhuvaneṣu anugāmi kiñcid rūpaṃ tattvam ity uktam tathā tattveṣu vargaśo yat anugāmi rūpaṃ tat kalā ekarūpakalanāsahiṣṇutvāt

— the path beginning with the kalā (the segment-course) ; — is now set forth ; — among the worlds ; — a pervading (following-along) form ; — form (is called) the principle (tattva) ; — among the principles ; — group by group ; — a segment (kalā) ; — because it is able to bear being grasped as one form

Now the path beginning with the kalā is set forth. Just as it was said that whatever pervading form runs through the worlds is a principle, so too whatever pervading form runs, group by group, through the principles, that is a kalā — because it is able to bear being grasped as one form.
