7.46
प्रापितो जगदैक्यं च समन्तादवकल्पते । यत्र तत्रापि विश्रान्तिलीनं शक्तिचतुष्टये ॥४६॥
prāpito jagadaikyaṃ ca samantādavakalpate | yatra tatrāpi viśrāntilīnaṃ śakticatuṣṭaye
— brought (to it) ; — and the unity of the world ; — on all sides ; — takes shape, becomes fit ; — wheresoever ; — absorbed in (its) repose ; — in the tetrad of powers

And being (so) brought (to oneness), the unity of the world takes shape on all sides; wheresoever (one looks, the world is) absorbed in (its) repose within the tetrad of powers (will, knowledge, action, and their ground).
