7.28
तस्यापि शक्तिर्मृत्पिण्डघटवद्विश्वतां गता । यावद्यावत्तरेद्विद्यामायादिघनपार्थिवम् ॥२८॥
tasyāpi śaktirmṛtpiṇḍaghaṭavadviśvatāṃ gatā | yāvadyāvattaredvidyāmāyādighanapārthivam
— of him too ; — power ; — like (clay-)lump and pot ; — gone to (becoming) the universe ; — to the very degree that ; — one should cross over ; — the dense earthy (realm) of vidyā, māyā and the rest

And his power too, like (clay-)lump becoming pot, has gone forth into (becoming) the universe — to the very degree that one (must) cross over the dense, earthy (realm of) vidyā, māyā, and the rest (to reach the source).
