ततः स्थूलैर्मन्त्रमयैरङ्गैः सर्वक्रियापरा । भवतीश्वररूपेण स्वकार्याखिलरूपिणी ॥२७॥
tataḥ sthūlairmantramayairaṅgaiḥ sarvakriyāparā | bhavatīśvararūpeṇa svakāryākhilarūpiṇī
— thence ; — with the gross ; — consisting of mantra ; — limbs ; — devoted to every act ; — becomes ; — in the form of Īśvara ; — taking on every form of its own effects

Thence, with its gross limbs that consist of mantra, the power becomes devoted to every act — in the form of Īśvara, taking on every form of its own effects.
