प्रथमोदय इच्छायाः सर्वभावैक्यदेश्यता ।
स एव शाक्तबोधात्मस्वच्छावयवरूपवान् ॥१७॥
prathamodaya icchāyāḥ sarvabhāvaikyadeśyatā |
sa eva śāktabodhātmasvacchāvayavarūpavān
At the first arising of will, (there is) the indicating of the unity of all things; that very (will) has a form whose limpid components are the awareness that is (Śiva's) power.
