7.14
शवला चितिरुच्येत परस्य पररूपिणी । सा शक्तिः परमेशस्य संस्थिता द्रव्यकर्मवत् ॥१४॥
śavalā citirucyeta parasya pararūpiṇī | sā śaktiḥ parameśasya saṃsthitā dravyakarmavat
— variegated, dappled ; — consciousness ; — may be called ; — of the Supreme ; — having the form of the Supreme ; — that power ; — of the Supreme Lord ; — abides ; — as (between) substance and action

The variegated consciousness may be called (the power) of the Supreme, having the very form of the Supreme; that power of the Supreme Lord abides (non-different from him), as (action abides non-different) from a substance.
