एवं तथा शक्तिमतः शक्तस्य समवस्थिता ।
जगद्विचित्रता शैवे न पुनर्दर्शनान्तरे ॥२॥
evaṃ tathā śaktimataḥ śaktasya samavasthitā |
jagadvicitratā śaive na punardarśanāntare
Just so, the variegation of the world, (belonging) to the empowered power-holder, is well established in the Śaiva (teaching), but not in any other system (— as the following critique will show).
