स्वल्पतेजसि दार्ढ्याद्वा सर्वत्र शिवतुल्यता । भवेदिच्छादिविषये सर्वत्र प्रविसारिणी ॥८॥
svalpatejasi dārḍhyādvā sarvatra śivatulyatā | bhavedicchādiviṣaye sarvatra pravisāriṇī
— in a faint light ; — or by (its) firmness ; — everywhere ; — equality with Śiva ; — would obtain ; — in the domain of will and the rest ; — everywhere ; — extending throughout

Even in a faint light, or by reason of (fire's) intrinsic firmness, there everywhere obtains equality with Śiva; (such equality,) in the domain of will and the rest, would be everywhere all-extending.
