यत्र देशे च काले च प्रवृत्तिस्तत्र संगमः ।
तत्रैव व्यवहारित्वसम्बन्धान्तरतायतः ॥६३॥
yatra deśe ca kāle ca pravṛttistatra saṃgamaḥ |
tatraiva vyavahāritvasambandhāntaratāyataḥ
In whatever place and time there is (successful) activity, there is the coming-together (of word and thing); and there alone (arises) the further relation that is amenability to usage — proceeding therefrom (i.e. from the underlying unity).
