प्राक्शक्तेरथ सामर्थ्यं शक्तेः शक्तत्वमापतेत् ।
मनसो नच बाह्येऽस्ति तस्यापि प्रसरः क्वचित् ॥२७॥
prākśakteratha sāmarthyaṃ śakteḥ śaktatvamāpatet |
manaso naca bāhye'sti tasyāpi prasaraḥ kvacit
Then the capacity of a prior power (would be required), and a (further) being-empowered of (that) power would befall (you, ad infinitum). Nor does the mind reside in the external (object); nor does it have any going-forth (to it) anywhere.
