सर्वभावग्रहणतायोग्यत्वाद्वा क्रमस्थितेः । प्रत्यक्षाद्यैरुपायैर्वा निरुपायतयापिवा ॥१०३॥
sarvabhāvagrahaṇatāyogyatvādvā kramasthiteḥ | pratyakṣādyairupāyairvā nirupāyatayāpivā
— the grasping of all things ; — because of (its) capacity ; — or ; — from (its) abiding in sequence ; — by means such as perception ; — or ; — without any means ; — or even

(All are omniscient) either by reason of (the mind's) capacity for grasping all things — whether (that capacity) abides in sequence, (operating) by means such as perception, or even without any means (at all).
