तस्मादनेकभावाभिः शक्तिभिस्तदभेदतः । एक एव स्थितः शक्तः शिव एव तथा तथा ॥५॥
tasmādanekabhāvābhiḥ śaktibhistadabhedataḥ | eka eva sthitaḥ śaktaḥ śiva eva tathā tathā
— therefore ; — of manifold modes ; — with powers ; — because of (their) non-difference from him ; — one alone ; — abides ; — the potent ; — Śiva himself ; — in this way and that

Therefore, with powers of manifold modes — these being non-different from him — it is the one potent (reality), Śiva himself, that abides in this way and that.
