स एवास्ते पुरा तादृक्शक्तिरूपस्वरूपकः ।
स एव कार्यरूपेण भगवानवकल्पते ॥३४॥
sa evāste purā tādṛkśaktirūpasvarūpakaḥ |
sa eva kāryarūpeṇa bhagavānavakalpate
— he alone; — abides; — beforehand (prior to the effect); — having as his own nature the form of just such a power; — he alone; — in the form of the effect; — the Lord; — takes shape, comes to be fit
He alone abides beforehand, having for his own nature the form of just such a power; and he alone, the Lord, takes shape in the form of the effect.
